Advocate Plan
Second chances change lives, and everyone deserves one.

The Advocate Plan is RCC's social justice initiative that focuses on helping individuals transition successfully from the justice system back into society. The program addresses the challenges that often contribute to recidivism by offering workforce development, mentoring, and essential life supports. Participants receive assistance with housing, identification renewal, transportation, and employment readiness to ensure they can meet their basic needs and move forward with confidence.

In addition to direct services, The Advocate Plan works to connect participants with community partners who believe in second chances. The program also advocates for systemic change and greater equity in reentry opportunities. By providing both practical support and a strong community network, The Advocate Plan helps individuals rebuild their lives with purpose and stability, creating a foundation for long-term success.
